Self Defence Training:
“Shield” is an empowering and transformative workshop, run by Dr. Kishore Muralidharan and Miss Sharanya S Nair. This full-day comprehensive program is dedicated to imbue young girls with essential skills, empowering them to tackle life’s challenges with confidence and self-belief. Dr. Kishore Muralidharan brings his practical psychological expertise to the forefront, guiding participants on a journey of self-awareness and social-awareness. Till date over 25000 girls are empowered learning from Shield workshops. Under his guidance, attendees gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to develop psychological resilience—a vital life skill. Miss Sharanya S Nair, a Karate Black Belt ,sports enthusiast and a self-defence specialist, helps the psychological aspect by providing practical self-defense techniques. Participants learn to protect themselves physically, giving them security and power in any situation. Sharanya Nair is a highly skilled corporate trainer and marketing professional with an extensive educational background. She holds a Postgraduate degree in International Business & Marketing from Brookes Business School, Oxford, and a Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management from TISS Mumbai, along with a degree in Psychology from UC College, Aluva. Recently, she completed a Postgraduate Certificate in HRM from IIM Shillong and a Certification from SHRM in Human Resource Management. Diploma in Business management leadership and innovation from London School of Business and Research.
Her training experience includes working at Indmerc Solutions Tally Xcelerator, where she trained over 200 sales resources across Kerala. Sharanya’s diverse background in corporate training and sales enables her to offer impactful learning experiences. Currently pursuing a second postgraduate degree in Organizational & Industrial Psychology, she is dedicated to continuous development and training excellence.
Recognized as an outstanding performer at the National Train the Trainers Seminar by JCI India,a Certified National Trainer of JCI India. Sharanya also has impressive accolades in sports, being a national gold medalist in fencing and holds a Black belt in Karate & she is a national level Karate silver medalist .She was also the student of renowned singer Sri Shankar Mahadevan.
